As stated in the Terminal Access Agreement signed by your company (“Entering Party”), you have agreed to the following provisions:
- Entering Party accessing ONEOK facilities (“Facilities”) is solely responsible for complying with laws, regulations, and rules with respect to the handling and transportation of hazardous materials, including regulations imposed by the Department of Transportation (“DOT”).
- Entering Party is responsible to ensure all equipment used by Entering Party for handling and/or transporting Product from any of the Facilities complies with DOT specifications and all applicable laws, regulations and rules for the handling and/or transport of such Products, including the use of proper marking and placarding.
- Net gallons shall not exceed the DOT maximum filling density for any containers used to transport Products from any Facilities.
- Entering Party bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of driver and vehicle information provided to ONEOK via this website or any other means. Further, any changes pertaining to supplied driver and vehicle information will be promptly corrected by the Entering Party or will be promptly communicated to ONEOK.
